Shop Detailing
Every contract starts on the screen before it starts on the saw. We take consultant design drawings through to fully dimensioned shop detail, so that what is cut, drilled and welded matches what was engineered — and what arrives on site actually fits.
Structural Steel Fabrication
Our workshop fabricates high-quality structural steel components using advanced machinery and skilled craftsmanship. From beams and frames to custom parts, each piece is built to meet strict industry standards and withstand demanding industrial environments.
Stainless Steel & Plate Work
Structural and stainless steel have been our two disciplines since 1988. Plate work — chutes, liners, tanks, launders and wear components — is fabricated to the same tolerance discipline as the structural steel it bolts onto.
On-Site Installation & Erection
Our experienced crews handle the full installation and erection of steel structures on site, ensuring safety, precision and efficiency. Whether in remote mining locations or large industrial facilities, we deliver dependable, turnkey execution.
Mechanical Installation
On conveyor and materials-handling contracts we install the mechanical equipment the structure was built to carry — idlers, pulleys, drives, belting and chute work — and hand over a system, not a stack of steel.
Project Management & Procurement
On New Largo we carried project management, procurement, fabrication, erection and installation under a single contract, working alongside the design, earthworks, civil and electrical teams. That is the model we prefer: one number to call, one party accountable for the date.

Enquiry & Scoping
Send drawings, a scope of work or a site problem. We come back with a considered price, a programme and the assumptions we priced against — not a number with no reasoning behind it.

Detailing & Engineering
Consultant design is taken to shop detail. Connections, cutting lists and mark numbers are issued for approval before a single section is cut.

Fabrication & QA
Steel is cut, drilled, welded and prepared in our Carletonville workshop, with dimensional and weld QA recorded against each mark number.

Delivery & Erection
Loads are sequenced to the erection programme. Our own crews erect, align and bolt up on site — including on live operating plants.

Commissioning & Handover
Mechanical installation, punch-list close-out, as-built marking and support through commissioning. The job ends when the plant runs.
